After install- start popup stopper

It will be a small box near your clock with 'X' in it

if x is grey - popupstopper is off, Red is on.

Dble-click to turn on/off

R-Click on x then go to 'Preferences'

Untick 'Start when Windows starts'

Tick 'Enable aggressive control'

You may not be able to follow links or open browser when x is red.
